Forklift Drivers Wanted - Eagle Farm - $34-$36 p/h

Staff Australia are looking for Forklift/Order Pickers in the Eagle Farm areas.

Our client is a national Company with offices and warehouses in every state and territory in Australia. We are a leading provider of products and services to the print, design, and advertising industries. Our range is targeted to various print segments and includes fine paper, point of sale materials, synthetics, self-adhesives, packaging grades and several other substrates.

About this Position

A great opportunity has opened for a Store Worker, based in our clients Eagle Farm warehouse, you will be responsible for efficiently, effectively, and safely picking and packing stock to ensure our customers receive their orders on time.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 7am-3pm - $34.60 per hour

Monday to Friday 1pm-9pm - $36.96 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Order picking;
• Regular use of a narrow aisle, flex lift forklift;
• Consolidation & repacking of orders;
• Stocktaking;
• Assisting with receipt and put away of stock;
• Use of IT systems to process orders, returns and stock;
• Regular manual handling tasks;
• Operating a range of material handling equipment; and
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Skills and experience

• Sign and display and/or paper product knowledge would be highly advantageous;
• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment;
• Ability to work well in a team and independently;
• Attention to detail;
• Punctuality;
• Own reliable transport;
• Valid forklift licence (preferred but not essential);
• “Tech savvy”- comfortable with learning and using IT systems; and
• Knowledge of SAP with RF experience (preferred but not essential).
