Staff Australia are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service operator to join our team for roles based in Mascot NSW.

This retail distribution centre deals with a highly recognised brand for a well-established company that has been in business for over 30 years, supplying a huge range of leading work wear, safety wear and casual clothing.

About the role:

  • Customer Service making outbound calls.
  • Updating Data base contacts.
  • Scheduling Training Sessions
  • Meeting KPI targets
  • SAP Experience (preferred)
  • Customer service answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Accuracy
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Accuracy and great Eye for detail

What are we looking for?

  • 12 months minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Intermediate skills with Work and Excel
  • Quick learner
  • Preferably a “People Person” with the ability to relate
