We are currently looking for experienced Receptionist to work at a distribution centre located in Dandenong. Due to major growth within the company, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to start immediately on day shift, with potential opportunity to transition permanent for the right candidate.

Your main duties will include but not limited to:

  • First point of Contact meeting / greeting Contractors and visitors.
  • Ensure Visitors and contractors are compliant to Site entry conditions.
  • Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Assists in maintaining spreadsheets relating to staffing and availability, labour tracker, productivity planning, overtime listing, phone listing and annual/sick leave calendars.
  • Supporting the supervisors with issues relating to credit notes for pick errors and registration of credit notes for use in employee accuracy discussions
  • Assist and prepare the operational P&Ls, ensuring all appropriate accruals and booked monthly.
  • Process warehouse invoices on AP system (insyprus)
  • Process the interstate paperwork and print con notes, as required.
  • Uniform, PPE, and consumables ordering, issuing and recording.
  • Completion of EOM reports and DC health check in conjunction with management
  • Assist in the Coordinating the DC key activities and events.
  • Customer Order Entry support as when required.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Sound level of experience within a customer driven organisation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Intermediate to advanced user proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in using AP system and ability to learn a new system quickly (J.D.Edwards, Sales Force etc)
  • Accurate data entry and analysis skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Be a team player and assist other areas by acting as one when needed.
  • Be prepared to work overtime during weekends and public holidays when required during peak periods.
