Warehouse Supervisors

Staff Australia are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join and add value to the growth of a highly sort after company located in Erskine Park area, Dealing with High-end products, attention to detail is critical.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be working as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Experience with stock handling and management
• Understanding warehouse programs and systems
• Demonstrates leadership and people development skills
• Customer focused
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure

About the role:

• Plan and coordinate the operations of the warehouse
• Helping out with pick packing with RF Scanning,
• Ability to work independently
• Critical thinker, will be required to close out the days operation each afternoon and make the right choices under pressure
• process all orders, queries and customer requests in a efficient manner.
• Duties will include not limited to shipping, packing, receiving, order fulfilment, soring, inventory.
• To contribute to the overall departmental service level
• Maintains and updates systems as required.
• Undergo adhoc or scheduled training as required.

You are an upbeat and self-motivated individual that is experienced in leading a warehouse team within a fast-moving customer-focused distribution centre who also has strong communication skills.

You are organised and have a focus on continuous improvement and are skilled in implementing new procedures to drive change. Collaboration, ownership, proactivity and getting results are all essential to success in this role.
